What a fantastic and busy week we’ve had!
In English, we used our chromebooks to find synonyms for verbs and adjectives in order to add interesting and ambitious vocabulary into our writing. Also, we finally finished our story writing and included some ambitious vocabulary, adverbs, similes and personification.
In Maths this week, we used column method to add and subtract 3 digit numbers and looked for patterns in numbers.
In Topic, we planned our Children in Need day and researched different charities. I now know that a charity is an organisation that provides help, time and money to those in need. Furthermore, I have learnt that giving to different charities makes a difference to those less fortunate and making a choice of which charity you give to personal to an individual based on their own experiences.
